Our Services

  • Two children, a girl with curly hair and a boy with straight hair, whispering to each other with their faces close, smiling.

    Children & Teens Therapy

We help children and teens navigate emotions, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions in a safe, supportive environment. Therapy helps young clients build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills.

  • Two women sitting on a couch in a well-lit room, engaged in conversation. One woman with dark hair in an updo and wearing jewelry is in the foreground, while the other with curly hair and glasses is holding a phone and looking at her. There are plants and office items on a window sill behind them.

    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential space for adults to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions. We help clients gain insight, heal, and create meaningful change.

  • A happy family of two adults and four children, sitting outdoors among blooming pink flowers and trees.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy helps improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate conflict in a supportive setting. We work with families facing parenting challenges, transitions, and emotional disconnection.
