Meghan Hamilton, MSW, LCSW
Meghan has a depth of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. Her specialities and passion for care include: T/trauma, grief & bereavement, anxiety & panic, depression and other mood concerns, life transitions, caregiving & chronic health concerns, and children with school difficulties.
Meghan received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from North Central College in Naperville, Il and her Master of Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Post-Masters training and further education also includes: School Social Work Program at Aurora University in Aurora, Il and Trauma Informed Practices Program at North Central College.
Prior to working as a Private Practice Therapist, Meghan worked in community mental health settings in Chicago, as a Medical Social Worker at several Chicago-area Hospitals, Palliative & Hospice Social Worker with Northwestern Medicine and as a School Social Worker working with children in K-12th grades.
